These five-month virtual programs combine professional development, mentorship, and real-world training to help participants gain valuable insights into how the NBA operates behind the scenes.

Build Real-World Skills in Basketball Business

The Future Sales Stars program provides participants with mentorship, networking, and development opportunities, connecting current industry leaders with the next generation of executives in revenue-generating roles. Designed for individuals pursuing or beginning careers in ticket sales or corporate partnerships, this five-month virtual program offers real-world insights into the strategies that drive growth and fan engagement across the NBA.

Meanwhile, the Future Analytics Stars program attracts and develops future leaders in basketball, business, and marketing analytics through sessions like Basketball Analytics 101, Programming in Python, and conversations with industry experts. Also running for five months, this virtual program connects participants, especially undergraduate juniors, seniors, graduate students, and recent graduateswith mentorship, hands-on learning, and pathways to careers in sports analytics and data-driven decision-making. Together, these programs open doors to meaningful professional growth within the NBA ecosystem.
